One reason comes to mind when a person wants to edit his/her profile on Bet9ja. It’s very likely the person wants to verify the Bet9ja account which of course your document data must match data on your Bet9ja profile.
Another not very likely reason would be if you’re trying to get access to your Bet9ja account but you can’t receive code, at this point editing your Bet9ja profile won’t suffice rather contacting Bet9ja customer support is a better option.
I don’t have any reason to change a thing on my Bet9ja profile but since I see people have this problem I’ve decided to pen a solution on this blog article.
Usually, companies or websites allow you to edit your data by merely navigating to your profile information on the site but this wasn’t the case with the Bet9ja site. In fact, there’s no edit pen/arrow button that allows you to edit your profile on the Bet9ja site.
I suspect if you’ve not verified your Bet9ja account maybe you might be able to edit your information right on the Bet9ja site. But for me (my account is already verified) I couldn’t edit.
If you’re unable to edit your phone number or name your last resort is contacting Bet9ja customer support though this might take a bit longer you’ve got no other option left at this time.
